Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the fashionable Ruth Hardy Park area, this Mid-Century home has been stylishly updated with all modern amenities imaginable.
The comfortable living room seating area is opposite a striking stacked stone fireplace, as well as an entertainment center with Digital cable, DVD, VCR and a Denon Surround Sound System.
In addition to the newer stainless steel appliances, the kitchen features Granite countertops with a convenient chopping block island. The adjacent dining area overlooks the pool. Dining options include a table seating 4-6 indoors and a covered gazebo seating 8 outdoors.
The home sleeps up to 6 people, with an extremely large master suite featuring a master bath with a 2 person soaking tub and a double headed shower. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a private bath. The home has plantation shutters throughout.
The very private yard has a stunning view of the San Jacinto Mountains. The outdoor entertainment area also features a shaded TV with viewing from the pool, fire pit and a new pool and spa offering a gentle-to-the-skin saline water system, chlorine free.
The home is located a few minutes from the Aerial Tramway, Airport, Downtown shops and restaurants, Public and private golf courses, The living desert museum, Knott's water park, The desert's high end outlet mall is less then 30 minutes from your front door and the Spa casino is just blocks away.
